Keeping our body on health track all the time needs a lot of efforts & patience. And everything starts with drinking plenty & plenty of water, as you all are aware that water helps flush out the toxins out of our body showing amzing effects on our overall body appearance in the long run. So why to only drink plain water when you could infuse fruits/vegetables of choice & make it a detox bless. I make my own detox water every once in a while (twice a week to be precise depending on weather & body requirements) to keep my body active internally so I could feel better externally. Well, it’s all up to you on what kind of ingredients you wanna put in but the one’s I use most frequently are Cucumber, Lemon & Mint (as you could spot them in the picture above). The process to my DIY Detox Water is very simple,
- Take 1 or 2 Ltr. of plain water (again it’s up to you, I take 2 Ltr)
- Cut cucumber & lemon in slices. Mint leaves can be used as it is removing stems
- Soak them all in the water overnight
And tadaa your detox water is ready to fuel you up next day! You may also add ginger for the spicy kick, I prefer these three, though. I also switch lemon with orange sometimes.
I hope you drink a good amount of water every day, I know it just slips out of mind and we drink water only when we feel thirsty but that’s no good & to avoid that keep a water bottle with you all the time so it would remind you to have a sip of water after every 15/20 minutes. Drinking plenty of water is an answer to all of the skin & health related issues.
